What is Flo? The Birth

My favorite book is called The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I began reading it while I was going through training for the NFL – a time that wasn’t all fun and games. The highs were high, but the lows were low. This book kept me level headed and allowed me to remain steadfast. I mention this book because in it, there lies a lesson crucial to every person’s individual advancement. It asserts that the world’s greatest lie is that at a certain point in our lives, we lose control of what is happening to us, and our lives become controlled by fate. While you can’t control everything you can control the quality of person you are and the quality of life you live. Flo was created as a guide to achieving the highest standard in all aspects of life.
Flow state is a term in psychology used to describe the optimal state of consciousness where you feel your best and perform your best. It’s a state in which one is fully immersed in the task at hand, shielded from all distractions, using their skills at the their utmost capacity. Being an athlete, I found myself accessing my own flow state in the heat of competition, when it was time to be clutch, and it is one of the best feelings I can recall. In those moments, I was unstoppable; whatever I wanted to accomplish was going to be accomplished. Being able to tap into that flow state is a life hack and should be taken advantage of. With this in mind, Flo was conceived. It stands for Fresh Life Only, only now instead of just reaching that flow state in athletics, we want to apply it to all aspects of life. We want to provide an outlet for people to use as a guide to achieve the highest standard in all dimensions of living including mind, body, and soul. We speak on experiences that have proven to work for us and our successes and not as a statement of incumbency. We are here if you need us and would love to be able to help you achieve the Flo lifestyle.
